1. Before you get started, make sure your PopShine LED light mouthpiece is fully charged. To properly charge, the heart on the magnetic charger needs to be facing up towards the mouthpiece. The LED light will *flash blue when charging* and stop when it is fully charged and ready to use. Note: Your LED light will flash blue for a couple of seconds then turn off when the battery is dead. 2. Brush your teeth to remove food and plaque. 3. With your tooth color shade guide, determine which color your teeth most represents and take a selfie of your teeth on the first day of using your PopShine kit. This will help you to see the amazing changes after 7-10 days. 4. The first time using one of the whitening solution pens, twist the bottom of the pen slowly several times. Twist until you see the solution appear at the tip of the brush. Brush the whitening solution on the teeth that appear in your smile line. We recommend brushing one drop of the whitening solution on 2-3 teeth. Brush circularly from the base of the gumline to the edge of the tooth. Twist the bottom of the pen again and repeat the process. Try to avoid getting the whitening solution on the gums. 5. Once you have brushed the whitening solution on all the teeth in your smile line, place the LED light in your mouth, gently close down on the mouthpiece and turn on to either the blue light mode (15 minute timer) or red/blue light mode (10 minute timer). After research, we found doing 2 sessions of the blue light mode (15 minute) provides quicker results. 6. After your 1st session, remove the LED light, spit your saliva out and reapply the whitening solution as you did in step 4. Then repeat step 5 for another 15 minutes. A total of 30 minutes, once a day, for at least 14 consecutive days. 7. After you finished your 2nd session, remove the LED light mouthpiece, rinse your teeth thoroughly with water or gently brush with water. Rinse the mouthpiece and let it air dry. ⭐️Voila! You are on your way to a PopShine Smile!⭐️

⭐️Every individual is unique, and many different factors are involved such as age, lifestyle and genetics. You should notice a slight difference within the first couple of days of using PopShine. It is recommended to use PopShine for at least 7 to 10 consecutive days. To get a “WOW, your teeth are so white” result, it is recommended to use 14 to 21 consecutive days. Patience and consistency are essential, because IT WORKS!

⭐️The very best time is in the evening before retiring for bed, but it’s really up to you when it’s more convenient.

⭐️Firstly, the cost, time and sensitivity! At a dentist office, a strong ultraviolet light is used in conjunction with a very high percentage of hydrogen peroxide whitening solution. The light produces a heat and activates the hydrogen peroxide to act as a catalyst. WIth PopShine, our LED light provides a safe, very light heat to our whitening solution, which accelerates the solution to make your teeth white in the convenience of your home and on your time, and with no or very little sensitivity.

⭐️Yes, it sure can! Because it is waterproof, thoroughly rinse the biting surface area with warm water. You may even use a liquid hand soap to disinfectant it and then rinse well. Allow it to air dry or pat dry with a hand towel.

⭐️We recommend that you fully charge your LED light mouthpiece before you start. You will typically get 7 sessions on the blue light mode (15-minute timer), approximately 3 days of whitening time.

⭐️The LED light and PopShine’s whitening solution are registered with the FDA. The ingredients used are deemed safe and highly effective, and they are most often used by dental offices for their whitening treatments. Propylene Glycol, Glycerol, Deionized Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Carbomer, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Menthol, and Sodium Hydroxide.

⭐️Both are active ingredients and produce outstanding whitening results. HP breaks down faster than CP. HP releases most of its whitening power within 30-60 minutes. Whereas CP breaks down into HP and releases 50% of its whitening power in the first 2 hours. Therefore, research has shown that HP whitens the tooth at a faster rate.

⭐️No need to worry about that! Only natural teeth will be affected by PopShine’s whitening solution. Your restorations will be safe, however, the color between natural teeth and restorations (i.e., crowns, fillings, veneers) could result in differences in color.

⭐️It sounds like you may have what is known as tetracycline stained teeth, a permanent discoloration. Unfortunately, PopShine will not be able to make your teeth white.

⭐️We highly recommend that you have a comprehensive exam and cleaning before you begin to whiten your teeth. Your teeth will whiten more effectively after a good cleaning by your dental hygienist!
